Contact
Two ways through, and they reach the same people. Tickets are better for anything involving your account, because they carry the context with them.
Support & tickets
This is the best route for anything about your account, a video that came out wrong, billing, or a bug. A ticket keeps the history in one place, so you never have to re-explain the situation, and it arrives already tagged with your account — which usually removes the first two rounds of back-and-forth. If you are signed in, the button above takes you straight in.
Fine for anything, and the right choice if you cannot sign in. Write from the address on your account where you can — it saves us verifying who you are. For security reports, put “security” in the subject; see security for how we handle them.
What helps us answer faster
- If a video went wrong, its link or id. That lets us read the actual job record and its per-step costs rather than guessing.
- What you expected, and what happened instead.
- For anything visual, a screenshot.
Why there is no phone number
A published number gets scraped and dialled by everyone except customers within about a week, and it produces no record — the next person to pick up knows nothing about your case. Tickets and email give you something you can refer back to and us something we can act on. If a conversation genuinely needs to happen live, ask in a ticket and we will arrange a call.

Email the same address. If you are weighing it up, the free trial answers most questions faster than we can — it covers one complete video and needs no card.
